4 Months of Breakfasts Day 2

This recipe comes from one of my favorite cookbooks, Dana's Cookbook. The author is Dana Thornock and she was the creator of the Lean and Free 2000 diet plan.

So, Day 2 will be Blender Whole Wheat pancakes.

1 cup skim milk
1 1/3 cups wheat
3 egg whites (or just 1 egg)
1 T sugar
1/4 t salt
2 T oil
1 t baking soda
2 t baking powder

Pour milk and wheat into blender. Liquefy for 4 minutes. While still mixing, add egg whites, sugar, salt, oil, and baking soda. Add baking powder last. Stop blender as soon as ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Bake on hot griddle sprayed with nonstick cooking spray after each batch. Serve hot.

This makes 10 pancakes, which would be sufficient for our family of four. So, I need to make my list for the 4 months of breakfasts:

6 cups powdered milk
22 cups wheat
16 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 T salt
2 cups oil
6 T baking soda
11 T baking powder
